So, I guess this is my first official blog post on this site.

If anybody out there was wondering what I’m up to... life in general. Between work and a 1-year-old, and a new fixer-upper house, I have been insanely busy. I’ll bet y’all aren’t nearly as interested in that as whether or not I am still writing...

Can’t talk right now, busy writing!

But I wanted to say that in case you hadn’t noticed, The Friendship Initiative is now live with new chapters going up about every other day!

While I don’t have an update on word count for The Friendship Initiative, I would guess it is somewhere around 60,000 words or so. The exciting part to me is that I finally have written the climax of the story, so it shouldn’t be much longer before I’m working on the second draft and can start posting.

I have no idea how long that will take, but we are definitely getting close!

Because it can't be allowed that the last Cutie Mark Crusaders song we'll ever hear is getting uploaded so late:

What an episode. This is the last time I can watch a new Cutie Mark Crusaders episode. The last Cutie Mark Crusaders episode of the entire show. The way I feel about this is anything but pleasant. My head hurts. My eyes feel hot. I am emotionally tired. It feels like I am going to cry any moment. And I don't remember when I felt such an intense sadness the last time. And I'm not even sure if I ever felt such an intense sadness before in my life.
